Sculpted Strength: Foundations

Sculpted Strength: Foundations

Through fundamental movement patterns, the Foundations program strengthens your mind body connection through a blend of Pilates and strength training. 

Equipment:

All Flow: Foundations can be done without any equipment. Shop our recommended gear below, or use what you have at home:

Pilates ball
Resistance bands (Cloth or Rubber)
Light weights
Yoga block (Foam or Cork)
Wrist/ankle weights

Program:

Sculpted Strength: Foundations combines the precision of Pilates with the principles of strength training. Through purposeful movements, you’ll gain core strength, stability, and overall body control. Confidence is built both in and out of the workout. Move efficiently and effectively with a deeper understanding of how your body works.

Deeply ground into your yoga practice with slow vinyasa flows, breath work, restorative postures, balance, and alignment focused sequences

Program:

Flow: Foundations targets alignment to get the most out of any given posture. These classes emphasize fundamental yoga poses and breath techniques. Each body is unique, and this program honors that by being a practice designed for all. Helping you find deep relaxation through movement, your nervous system, mood, and joints will thank you after each class.

Signature classes build upon Pilates and strength principles while adding variety and intensity to increase strength, endurance, precision, and control.

Sculpted Strength: Signature is where strong foundations evolve into stronger movement.

Classes elevate your training through dynamic movement patterns, advanced progressions, and increased intensity. These classes reinforce intentional movement and proper form through Pilates and strength training principles. Expect creative programming that helps you move with greater confidence and resilience.

A core focused, upbeat, and playful vinyasa practice that builds on our Foundations program to strengthen your body and mind.

Program:

Flow: Signature builds strength, stamina, and a sense of curiosity in your practice. Classes are dynamic and structured around fundamental Vinyasa movement. While we’ll pick up the pace of our flow and try new things, modifications will be provided to make each practice yours. This practice is designed for yogis at all levels. Move in ways that feel good and let’s have some fun together! You might just surprise yourself.
