TERMS OF USE, MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, SUBSCRIPTION POLICY, AND LEGAL TERMS

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, content, memberships, programs, products, and websites operated by Luma Lab Fitness LLC ("Luma Lab," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing content, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Liability Waiver.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase a membership or use our services independently.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Luma Lab provides online fitness and wellness content, including but not limited to Pilates, yoga, strength training, mobility, educational resources, programs, challenges, and related content.
Membership access is granted solely to the individual purchaser.
Memberships may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, assigned, resold, or otherwise provided to another person.
We reserve the right to modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue content, features, instructors, programs, or services at any time.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain current account information
• Protect your password and account access
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account activity
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain services are offered through recurring subscription memberships.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Luma Lab and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Membership pricing, features, and offerings may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and in accordance with applicable law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by following the cancellation instructions provided through the platform.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for any current billing period.
Following cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active through the end of the billing period already paid for.
No partial-month refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued unless otherwise required by law.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are final.
Membership fees, subscription payments, digital programs, downloadable content, workshops, challenges, and other digital products are non-refundable.
Luma Lab reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any exception made in one instance shall not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Luma Lab may offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, referral programs, or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.
You are responsible for canceling before the trial expiration date if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through Luma Lab is owned by or licensed to Luma Lab Fitness LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Protected content includes but is not limited to:
• Workout videos
• Training programs
• Educational materials
• PDFs and downloadable resources
• Written content
• Graphics and designs
• Logos and trademarks
• Audio content
• Website content
Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
• Copy or reproduce content
• Record or screen capture content
• Distribute content
• Sell or sublicense content
• Share login credentials
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works from content
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Share your account with others
• Circumvent platform security measures
• Interfere with website operations
• Use automated tools to access content
• Upload malicious software
• Engage in unlawful conduct through the platform
• Violate the rights of other users
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
LUMA LAB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING:

• UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS
• ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
• SPECIFIC FITNESS RESULTS
• COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL DEVICES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMA LAB FITNESS LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, INSTRUCTORS, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall Luma Lab's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Luma Lab during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
FITNESS CONTENT DISCLAIMER
All content provided by Luma Lab is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing contained within the services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
Users are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their personal health circumstances.
Participation in all fitness activities is subject to the separate Liability Waiver.
USERS OUTSIDE OF WISCONSIN
Luma Lab services may be accessed by individuals located throughout the United States and internationally.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements within their jurisdiction.
Nothing contained within the services shall be construed as providing professional, medical, legal, or regulated services in any jurisdiction where such services require separate licensure or authorization.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the services at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Luma Lab, our business, or other users.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your membership, purchases, or use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
The arbitration shall take place in Wisconsin unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
The parties further agree that claims may only be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, representative action, or similar proceeding.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
